Women's Truth & Justice Foundation ("WTFJ") is a Delaware corporation that provides reduced-fee and pro bono legal services to under-represented women and minorities involved in high conflict custody litigation or other domestic related judicial matters in the District of Columbia metropolitan area.  We are supported through corporate sponsorship and the volunteer services of local licensed attorneys and other professionals.  In order to maintain the maximum level of flexibility regarding the types of cases and clients we serve, WTJF has thus far elected to operate based solely from the personal financing provided by the founders themselves, and through a select number of donations from close affiliates and corporate sponsorships.  While WTJF operates purely "at cost" to cover the necessary expenses of litigation, we currently are not designated as non-profit corporation, as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C.) and therefore, any and all donations of time, services or funding should be considered made exclusively on a voluntary basis.   In the event that our corporate status changes or we elect to become classified and/or are approved as a 501(c)(3) entity by the IRS, we will update our volunteers, associates and donors accordingly
